PAYMENTS
Bank Transfers:
Bank wire payments are accepted on all orders. (No processing charge).

TVA
VAT will be applied to customers within the European Union in accordance with the VAT rate of the destination country.  (Example Belgium 21%). Customers outside of the European Union (Shipping and Billing Address are non-EU country) are free of this charge and will not be charged 21% VAT.

INSURANCE
Our shipments are fully insured.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
All purchases from MyLooseDiamonds.com / David Liser are acquired specifically on behalf of the customer and tailored to their individual specifications. As such, they are not eligible for full refunds under applicable EU law and are exempt from the 14-day EU-regulated cooling-off period.

PURCHASE APPROVAL
All purchases require final approval from MyLooseDiamonds.com / David Liser. If the purchased item(s) are unavailable, we will offer a replacement. If you do not accept the replacement, you will receive a 100% refund within 4 days of your request. In cases of administrative or technical errors in the displayed price and/or features, we reserve the right to refuse the purchase, and you will receive a 100% refund.
